Ok, most of my best friends are gay.

Alright fine – most of my friends are gay, period.

Which means I was quite remiss in not promoting National Coming Out Day yesterday on this blog.

Luckily, it’s never too late to celebrate. So let me say it loud, say it proud: If you’re gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgendered, kick that tired closet door shut behind you and don’t look back. If you’re straight, hand them a glass of bubbly and toast their health. (If you’re straight but still in the Dark Ages, please check out some of the resources available to help you.)

Because loveisloveislove and god knows, it’s what the world needs now.
