I know advertising is 100% about cashing in on people’s insecurities, but this is pretty extreme. Even the model’s expression seems to be saying give me a fucking break. But then, who’s gonna notice…

Why, oh why don’t they all realize that those perfect “circles” at the top — in the cleavage, dontcha know — are a dead giveaway for the implants? Who else has perfect circles at the top of their chest??? Huh? Who???

I would like very much to buy lots and lots of whatever product is in that ad. (not kidding, I actually tried to read the label and couldn’t – what the hell kind of ad is that?) The only way people will see the product is if this is on a billboard in which case they’ll be sitting in traffic behind the numerous accidents it causes… a captive audience… maybe that was the plan all along.

Jo: Clearly women who use Pantene will have those perfect circles… and more self confidence… and more attention from men… and a staff of photoshoppers to airbrush any imperfection you may possibly have in your photo until you look fake and plastic. Most men I know don’t actually like that “perfect” look… I sure don’t. Imperfections are the good stuff in life!
